New information has come to light regarding the shocking deaths of esteemed film director Rob Reiner and visual artist Michele Singer Reiner, whose bodies were discovered at their residence residence on Sunday.

A Discovery

As detailed in an account citing a confidential source, a practitioner scheduled for an appointment initially became concerned after failing to get inside the home. This individual then reached out to the couple's daughter, Romy Reiner, who lives in the vicinity.

When she went into the house, Romy found her father's body. It is said she then fled the house in anguish, without knowing at that moment that her mother's body was also inside. Another individual who had gone with her contacted 911. Subsequently, first responders found Michele Singer Reiner's body.

Legal Developments

The police have charged the couple's 32-year-old son, Nick Reiner, with two counts of premeditated murder, including the charge related to a weapon, said to be a knife. He is now detained and denied bail.

The confidential informant also disputed several previously reported details. It was stated that while Romy Reiner informed first responders that her brother Nick lived in a separate structure on the property, she did not name him as a potential suspect at that time.
